Do you have an older P2020 licence?
P2020 licences without a date group belong to an older version of Prospective. They are not used with the current annual version.
Use the matching version
The historical Prospective-OLD.exe download provides the version associated with those keys. Keep a backup of your database before installing or changing versions.
Move to the annual version
First try the current version with a copy of your data. New licences are annual: Solo or Network. Your old licence is not automatically changed.
The best way is to try it.
Try Prospective with your own workflow, on your PC.
