The order is for an annual Prospective licence, Windows contact-management software. Solo covers one computer; Network covers up to five. The trial lets you check the software on your equipment before buying.
Price, payment and delivery
Solo: €90. Network: €270. VAT not applicable under Article 293 B of the French Tax Code. Payment is in euros through PayPlug or PayPal. The licence is issued after the provider confirms payment, not merely when the browser returns. A personal page provides the licence, invoice and software link; the documents are also sent by email.
Term and renewal
The licence is valid from the payment date until its anniversary one year later. A purchase on 29 February expires on 28 February the following year. Each renewal starts on the new payment date; unused time is not carried over. No automatic renewal charge is arranged. P2020 keys without a date belong to a different, historical version.
Immediate supply and withdrawal
The software, licence and invoice are made available after payment confirmation. Checkout does not collect a waiver of withdrawal rights. Applicable statutory guarantees remain in force. Official information on withdrawal rights.
Use, guarantees and complaints
You choose where the database is stored, its access permissions and its backups. The licence does not include hosting your customer database with Prospective. Third-party cloud and payment services remain subject to their own terms. Mandatory statutory guarantees remain applicable.
